Reward Member Terms & Conditions
These terms govern participation in the AMHYA Rewards Program. By using your Reward Link, you agree to the rules below. A complete legal version will be published prior to the program's public launch; this page summarizes what those terms will cover.
1. Eligibility
Any AMHYA Hub member with an active account may participate. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive payments in your country of residence. AMHYA may suspend or terminate an Reward Member account at any time for abuse, fraud, or terms violations.
2. Reward structure
Reward Members earn 40% reward on qualifying purchases of paid AMHYA products (Plus, Talent, Pro, Code). AMHYA Plus pays 40% recurring monthly for as long as the referred subscription remains active. AMHYA Hub (free tier) generates tracking only and no reward. Only products listed in the program are eligible.
3. Earn-to-qualify rule
To receive reward on a referred sale, you must personally self-enroll in the same product the referred buyer purchased, within 12 days of their purchase. If you are not enrolled by Day 12, the reward is forfeited and the full amount is retained by ANOWEDU. This mechanic exists to keep the program service-first: you only earn on products you use yourself.
4. Attribution & refunds
Referrals are attributed via cookie on first click, with last-click attribution over a 30-day window. Purchases refunded within the buyer's 7-day refund window do not generate reward. Chargebacks and fraudulent purchases are excluded.
5. Payout timing
Rewards are released on Day 15 following the referred purchase, provided the refund window has closed and you have self-enrolled by Day 12. Payments are processed via Stripe to the payout account on file.
6. FTC disclosure
You are required to disclose your Reward Member relationship anywhere you share your link — include language such as "I earn a reward if you purchase through my link" in all promotional content, per FTC endorsement guidelines.
7. Prohibited conduct
No paid search bidding on AMHYA brand terms, no spam, no misleading claims about AMHYA products, no self-referrals, and no incentivized clicks. Violations void pending rewards and may result in termination.
8. Changes to these terms
AMHYA may update this program and these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Reward Members by email before taking effect.
